There are 2 German Shorthaired Pointer Breed Societies in the UK.  They both run shows, and working trials throughout the year, as well as seminars and other special events.  If you get in touch with them they can give you more information about the breed, or the society in general.  Both also can supply you with breeders who have puppies available.
