Is there a list of GSP breeders signed up to this charter please ?

There is not a list as such. Its a matter of looking on Kennel Club/Champdogs or contacting breed clubs and asking breeders what their stance is regarding sale of pups and if they adhere to the Charter which is not mandatory. There are many reputable breeders out there but in general they are not the ones who advertise as their waiting lists are usual held well in advance.
I do sometimes hear of pups so am happy to keep any details if you email me .
